Juan Palacio reaches 4 Years at Spectrum Concierge! Congratulations on this huge milestone!
We’d like to take a moment to acknowledge our Field Supervisor, Juan Palacio, who recently celebrated his 4th year working at Spectrum Concierge.
Juan’s influence on our organization over the past 4 years has been unmistakable. Juan’s knowledge of our client’s preferences, their homes and the maintenance that goes into it is admirable. His hard work has not gone unnoticed, as Juan first started with us in 2018 as a Home Service Professional, and was later promoted to Lead Home Service Professional before being named Field Supervisor for North Naples and Bonita Springs. Juan cares tremendously about his clients and their homes, but also about our organization as a whole. It is with great pride that we celebrate his 4th anniversary, and we are looking forward to what lies ahead for Juan and for Spectrum, as we continue to grow together.

Wow Four Years! I guess time flies when love what you are doing! I’ve greatly enjoyed working with such a great group of people. In my 4 years at Spectrum Concierge, I’ve seen the company transform into what it is today, and I am proud to be part of that! We’ve made significant strides in terms of our processes and cultivating our office culture into what is is, and what it will continue to become. It is a great feeling knowing we are making a difference in our client’s lives, whether it’s a minor detail in their home prior to their arrival, or a full-on project oversight for improvements in their homes. I wouldn’t trade the clients I serve for anything, as they truly appreciate what we do and certainly show it!
