POSITION: Home Service Professional – NOW HIRING

JOB TYPE: Full Time and Part Time

LOCATION: Naples, FL

Home Service Professionals will work with our team in caring for our clients homes, and doing everything from conducting walk-throughs, handling maintenance and other concierge projects, meeting with service vendors and contractors, and much more.

We are looking for someone that is energetic, able-bodied, and most importantly, who has a great attitude. Experience in and around homes is also helpful, however we do provide training.

QUALIFICATION:

Education – Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certification 

Must be able to speak English 

Must be able to utilize a computer and tablet, and have general knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer 

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds 

Must have no prior criminal background 

Must have a valid driver’s license 

Must be able to work outside in temperatures up to 100 degrees 

Preference given to strong interpersonal skills 

Preference for handyman background 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The job of Home Service Professional is subject to the physical demands of standing for extended periods of time, walking for a significant portion of the day, climbing ladders as tall as 10 ft, working in an outdoor environment with temperatures as high as 100 degrees, and lifting objects up to and often in excess of 50 pounds. Any concerns regarding areas mentioned here should be discussed in advance of accepting the position.

POSITION: Administrative Concierge

JOB TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Naples, FL

The primary purpose of the Administrative Concierge is to:

  • Provide current and potential customers with an exceptional service experience
  • Maintain organization in the day to day operations of the company
  • Maintain clean lines of communication so that homeowners and team members receive the information they need, when they need it.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Expected to handle interactions with customers and other staff members in a friendly, professional and effective manner, both verbally and in written communications.

Professional and courteous telephone etiquette is expected at all times.

Displays a thoroughness and acute attention to detail in his/her completion of all projects concerning the operation.

Communicate on a daily basis with clients by sending Home Services Reports, providing detailed updates, and following up on issues pertaining to their home.

Perform concierge style services for Spectrum Concierge customers, including but not limited to meet/greet and check-out services for tenants, grocery shopping, errand running, procuring dining reservations and other activity reservations, researching and troubleshooting subjects for clients, and any other appropriate service that involves taking care of a home or providing an enjoyable experience in Naples or Bonita Springs.

Responsible for communicating with customers about pricing, the invoicing process, and payment handling.

Ability to prepare and enter data accurately using a computer and various database systems to ensure the completion of tasks and correct invoicing.

Ability to improvise, remain patient and deliver a positive attitude and experience to the clientele, as each day contains various unforeseen circumstances.

Has a competent understanding of the Lee and Collier County areas, to best schedule the team in locations which maximize the efficiency of the operation.

Due to the heavy involvement in all aspects of the operation, will maintain a thorough understanding of all processes and services, and act as an information resource for both customers and teammates.

Communicates with outside service vendors and subcontractors in order to schedule appointments and facilitate projects.

Ability to manage time sensitive projects and meet deadlines in an accurate manner.

Coordinates and communicates with Home Service Professionals and ownership on a daily basis, to keep them informed and to continually advance the business.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space each day, in cooperation with the other staff members.

Responsible for respecting and maintaining the privacy and security of client data, assuring confidentiality at all times.

Participate in and attend staff and educational meetings.

Participate in and attend networking meetings as requested.

Thorough knowledge of modern office procedures, practices, and equipment.

Drive to and from destinations within Naples and Bonita springs as necessary. The Administrative Concierge will occasionally need to assist in the field, by meeting service vendors, performing concierge services, and checking on customer’s homes. Vehicle expenses to be paid by Spectrum Concierge.

Assist in all other duties pertaining to the services provided by Spectrum Concierge, for its clientele, as necessary.

Assist in the duties pertaining to the services provided by Accent Cleaning Services, for its clientele. This may include scheduling, answering the Accent Cleaning phone line, responding to emails, procuring supplies, and filling in to clean a property if needed.

Participate in the “on call” program which involves being the point of contact on one weekend every other month (6x per year) to handle the Spectrum Concierge emergency phone line, and any other pertinent duties during that time.

Act in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of and on behalf of Spectrum Concierge at all times.

QUALIFICATION: 

Fluent in English.

Must be able to utilize a computer and tablet, and have general knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

Must have no prior criminal background.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preference for hospitality background
