During each visit to your home, your dedicated Home Service Professional utilizes a specific checklist to thoroughly inspect the home’s condition and report any items that need attention in a detailed post-visit report.

All Spectrum Concierge clients have a dedicated Administrative Concierge who acts as the point of contact for all items pertaining to the residence, throughout the year.
