Spectrum Concierge Expands Staff to Accommodate Growth, Demand in Home Services Sector
In response to increased demand for estate management, home watch, maintenance and concierge services, Spectrum Concierge, LLC recently announced the appointments of Robert Peia and Tim Beard as marketing manager and home service professional, respectively.
“These newly-added positions are based on the growth we are experiencing and our desire to continually strengthen the level of care we provide in our clients’ homes,” said Spectrum Concierge Co-owner Dave Feightner.
As marketing manager, Peia will oversee and execute marketing and social media initiatives, including marketing and advertising plans and campaigns for Spectrum Concierge and sister company, Accent Cleaning.
In the role of home service professional, Beard will assist in caring for client residences, managing and overseeing repairs, home inspections and home maintenance tasks, as well as special projects.
The company has grown from two employees in 2013 to 11 currently, also recently adding Fanny Rodriguez, Meagan Borro and Molly Schwartz as office administrator and administrative concierges, respectively.
“Thorough property care requires a lot of collaboration, time and attention to detail,” said Feightner. “In addition to providing the actual service, our business demands a vast amount of administrative time, from phone calls, scheduling and communicating with clients and partners, to meetings, inspections, coordinating with vendors, and more.”
“Our job is to understand the personal needs of each of our clients’ homes and implement a maintenance plan that keeps their home in pristine condition,” he added.
Spectrum clients also benefit from its large network of qualified service vendors spanning a variety of trades, as well as the convenience of a single point of contact for all property issues throughout the year.
Throughout the pandemic, the company has diversified its services in response to the challenging economic climate. The Feightners purchased washable material while Accent Cleaning employees sewed face masks which were donated to team members and clientele, including several elderly and at-risk clients. Spectrum Concierge and Accent Cleaning also teamed up with maskmatch.com, which donated personal protective equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers nationwide.
“Not only did our face mask project keep us all busy, but it gave us an opportunity to do our part to help out our community during a challenging time,” said co-owner Steph Feightner.
