Jeff DeVries

Jeff DeVries grew up in a small town in western Michigan called Caledonia before making his way to southwest Florida in 2014. Customer service runs deep in Jeff’s roots as he was a third-generation owner of an independent insurance agency, which his father and grandfather opened and operated before passing over the torch. During his time operating DeVries Insurance Agency, Jeff learned about the ins-and-outs of homes while dealing with various insurance claims, and in turn, created lasting relationships with his clients. He also appreciates technology and implementing processes to benefit operations, which stems from his degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State. Jeff also has a background in luxury vehicle sales which has instilled a passion for developing relationships and providing quality customer service. On a personal note, Jeff is a family man of faith, father of 3 (and grandfather of 4) who lives in North Naples with his wife, Nicki who is a personal golf fitness trainer at The Club at Pelican Bay. Jeff loves to read and soak up all the beauty that Florida has to offer.

Juan Palacio
Field Supervisor
Juan was born in Cuba and at the age of six came to Naples where he has since resided. He attended Florida Southwestern State College and initially pursued a degree in Radiation Technology. Eventually, he decided it wasn’t the path he wanted to continue down and began a career as a handyman and home watch tech for an established property management company. He joined Spectrum Concierge in 2018 where he utilizes his handyman skills and home watch background to help take great care of our client’s properties. Juan has been a vital part of our field team and was recently promoted to Field Supervisor to manage the operations of the Home Service Professionals. When not working, Juan and his wife Chelsea like to take their dogs to the park and try new restaurants, and travel when they can. Juan recently became a father and along with his wife, they welcomed their first daughter, Ivey.

Terri Alzado
Senior Administrative Concierge
Originally from Long Beach, Terri is a New Yorker at heart. Having grown up in a beach community, it was easy to make Naples her home 19 years ago. Terri is very close with her two adult children – Brandon (26) and Sofia (23) and her elderly parents alike. Her oldest, Brandon is currently working in the hospitality industry at La Playa Beach Club here in Naples. Her youngest, Sofia is a FSU graduate and currently employed by Advent Health as a research analyst. Terri discovered a love for the hospitality industry in her earliest employment at local restaurants and kitchens but took a different path after receiving her B.A. at the State University of New York – Albany, where she became a woman’s clothing buyer in the retail industry. When her kids got older, Terri combined her love for cooking, people, and service when she became part owner of a small catering business here in Naples. Always motivated to do more, Terri worked part-time for four years as a Home-care companion, fortunate enough to serve the elderly. Terri has been with Spectrum Concierge since 2016 and utilizes her experience to lead the Administrative Concierge team. She focuses on providing clients with timely and informative communications regarding their home while also helping to keep our staff and schedules in order. In her free time, Terri enjoys cooking, camping, home projects, playing with her rescue Leo and motorcycle rides with her significant other, John.
