Terri Alzado

Senior Administrative Concierge

Originally from Long Beach, Terri is a New Yorker at heart.  Having grown up in a beach community, it was easy to make Naples her home 19 years ago.  Terri is very close with her two adult children – Brandon (26) and Sofia (23) and her elderly parents alike. Her oldest, Brandon is currently working in the hospitality industry at La Playa Beach Club here in Naples. Her youngest, Sofia is a FSU graduate and currently employed by Advent Health as a research analyst. Terri discovered a love for the hospitality industry in her earliest employment at local restaurants and kitchens but took a different path after receiving her B.A. at the State University of New York – Albany, where she became a woman’s clothing buyer in the retail industry. When her kids got older, Terri combined her love for cooking, people, and service when she became part owner of a small catering business here in Naples. Always motivated to do more, Terri worked part-time for four years as a Home-care companion, fortunate enough to serve the elderly.  Terri has been with Spectrum Concierge since 2016 and utilizes her experience to lead the Administrative Concierge team. She focuses on providing clients with timely and informative communications regarding their home while also helping to keep our staff and schedules in order. In her free time, Terri enjoys cooking, camping, home projects, playing with her rescue Leo and motorcycle rides with her significant other, John.


Renae Ciani

Senior Administrative Concierge

A Naples native, Renae Ciani brings over six years of experience in the hospitality industry and has earned her bachelor’s degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. With her excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, along with her strong attention to detail, she will be a key part of growing our success here at Spectrum. When Renae is not at the office, you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes and trying popular restaurants around town. She also loves to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew. Renae is eager to develop her knowledge of each client’s homes and preferences to deliver the best possible client experience.


Kristen Cook

Senior Administrative Concierge

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kristen Cook has lived in Estero, FL for over 12 years and considers herself a southwest Florida local. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Resort & Hospitality Management Program, Kristen directly applied her skillset after getting her degree. Serving as the Food & Beverage Manager for the Naples Grande Beach Resort for over three years, Kristen played a vital role in managing the resort’s food and guest experience operations. She possesses a desire to provide our clients with the highest standard of service, combined with her ability to handle multiple projects at once, will serve as a great foundation for her role as an Administrative Concierge. In her spare time, Kristen loves being around her family, especially her six-year-old niece, Addison. Being an animal lover, she also loves taking her sister’s dog Maggie, a Catahoula, on walks. On the weekends, you will most likely find Kristen on one of Naples’ beautiful beaches soaking up the sunshine!
