Administrative Concierge
Carolann Brush brings a rich and varied professional background shaped by her extensive experience in Human Resources, including key roles at Dun & Bradstreet and Avon Products, where she served as an HR Manager and Lead Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. She also founded The Safety Center, an initiative offering infant and child CPR, first aid, and fire safety education. Her career path reflects a strong commitment to supporting others, including her work as a Service Coordinator Supervisor for Early Intervention and simultaneously worked as an Office Manager for her husband’s construction business.
In 2025, Carolann embraced a new chapter as an Administrative Concierge at Spectrum Concierge, a role that allows her to combine her organizational expertise, interpersonal skills, and deep-rooted values of care and service. Originally from Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Carolann now resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband, Jim. Together they enjoy life with their large blended family, which includes eight children, 14 grandchildren (and one on the way), and three great-grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, boating, reading romance novels, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Julie Sossamon
Home Service Professional
Julie, originally from Midwest City, Oklahoma, brings over nine years of specialized experience in military housing quality assurance to her role as a Home Service Professional at Spectrum Concierge. Prior to relocating to Naples, Florida in 2021, she worked in property management at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma County, where she played a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of housing for military families.
During her time at Tinker AFB, Julie was responsible for conducting thorough home inspections, generating detailed punch lists for necessary repairs and improvements, and serving as the final quality assurance authority prior to occupancy. Her trained eye for detail and commitment to excellence ensured that every home met the high standards expected by service members and their families. This background has equipped her with a deep understanding of residential maintenance and a meticulous approach to home care—skills that are invaluable to her current role.
Now based in Southwest Florida, Julie is enjoying the warm climate she has long sought, while continuing to apply her extensive experience in home maintenance and inspection. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, shelling, and discovering all the natural beauty the region has to offer. A proud mother of twins, her son Ryan now resides in Southwest Florida, while her daughter Emma is attending the University of Central Oklahoma.
Bruce Berube Jr.
Home Service Professional
Native to Naples, Florida, Bruce began his professional career working for a local manufacturing company in the inventory management department. Bruce also worked for the City of Naples Utilities as a technician where some of his responsibilities included bringing potable water to homes and businesses by installing and repairing water lines. His career led him to become an apprentice for a well-known plumbing company in Tampa, where he learned a lot of valuable skills that directly transferred to his duties here at Spectrum Concierge.
When not working, Bruce enjoys savoring the beauty of Southwest Florida’s sunsets along with watching sports and embracing the outdoors in activities such as fishing, and bike riding. Bruce also actively volunteers for a local high school and community center with their sports programs – demonstrating his commitment to giving back and fostering community growth. Bruce also enjoys taking his golden doodle named Woozy to the local dog park any chance he gets! Excited to contribute his skills and enthusiasm to Spectrum Concierge, he aims to make a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.
