Renae Ciani

Senior Administrative Concierge

A Naples native, Renae Ciani brings over six years of experience in the hospitality industry and has earned her bachelor’s degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. With her excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, along with her strong attention to detail, she will be a key part of growing our success here at Spectrum. When Renae is not at the office, you’ll find her experimenting with new recipes and trying popular restaurants around town. She also loves to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew. Renae is eager to develop her knowledge of each client’s homes and preferences to deliver the best possible client experience.


Kristen Cook

Senior Administrative Concierge

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kristen Cook has lived in Estero, FL for over 12 years and considers herself a southwest Florida local. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Resort & Hospitality Management Program, Kristen directly applied her skillset after getting her degree. Serving as the Food & Beverage Manager for the Naples Grande Beach Resort for over three years, Kristen played a vital role in managing the resort’s food and guest experience operations. She possesses a desire to provide our clients with the highest standard of service, combined with her ability to handle multiple projects at once, will serve as a great foundation for her role as an Administrative Concierge. In her spare time, Kristen loves being around her family, especially her six-year-old niece, Addison. Being an animal lover, she also loves taking her sister’s dog Maggie, a Catahoula, on walks. On the weekends, you will most likely find Kristen on one of Naples’ beautiful beaches soaking up the sunshine!


Brian Fischer

Administrative Concierge

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Brian has lived in Naples since 2013. Brian graduated from Fordham University with a degree in American Studies. After teaching and coaching golf for four years at a high school in Cleveland, he left the cold and snow for the sunshine in Naples. Although he resides in Naples, Brian will always be a Cleveland sports fan. Using skills and lessons learned as a teacher, Brian has developed a strong ability to assess situations and figure out what needs to happen to complete the task at hand. Having worked at the Old Collier Golf Club and Naples Aviation, Brian has gained professional exposure to the luxury market in Naples since he first arrived. When not at work, Brian likes to FaceTime with his niece and nephew in Cleveland, listen to podcasts, and walk the plethora of neighborhoods and trails throughout Collier county.
