Kristen was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and just recently moved back to the Naples area. After living in a small mountain town in her home state for the past few months, her husband Lynden accepted a position at a local Brewery and they both jumped at the opportunity to come back to Florida! Kristen has been in customer service and office administration for the majority of her career with roles ranging from running day-to-day operations for a Marketing Company in Montana to running a Brew Pub in Colorado. In her free time she loves to travel with her family, do anything out on the water, hike, check out breweries with Lynden, and play with their dog Henna. She has always loved sports and will take any opportunity to play soccer, basketball and volleyball. Kristen also is an active member of HR Collier and serves on our Social and Community Involvement Committee.

Dave Feightner

With a strong business background and extensive experience working with the luxury market, Dave knows what it takes to deliver the highest level of customer service. Raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Dave attended Methodist University in North Carolina where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Professional Golf Management. From there, Dave has served as Golf Professional for a list of elite clubs, including Nantucket Golf Club, the Ocean Reef Club and the Club at Mediterra in Naples, Florida. Dave is an avid sports fan as well, although despite his better judgement, he prefers to root for Boston sports teams. Dave currently serves in several active roles, including Vice President of the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA), a graduate of the 2021 Leadership Collier class, as well as past President and Vice President of his local BNI chapter. Dave also is a member of the SWFL Blue Zones Engagement Committee and the Leadership Collier Foundation Luncheon Committee.
Mynor Monroy

Originally from Guatemala, Mynor moved to Long Island, New York at the age of 19 to pursue the American Dream. Over the next 25 years, Mynor and his wife Ester resided in Southampton and Wading River, New York. His journey in construction work presented him with the opportunity to learn how to fabricate and install custom metal roofing on high-end residential homes. Mynor spent the next 21 years perfecting his craft before trading the cold winters of New York for sunny Southwest Florida, when he and his wife relocated at the end of 2023. We’ve quickly seen how his background in construction and roofing has provided a great foundation of knowledge for various items in our clients’ homes. His contagious positive attitude along with his desire to learn is second to none, and he likes to say that he is someone who sees the glass half full instead of half empty. He also loves socializing with people and embraces learning more about different cultures.
When not working, Mynor enjoys spending time with his wife; together they love discovering new places to eat and soak in the beautiful sunsets and pristine beaches Naples offers. When not in the mood to watch a sunset, you can find Mynor enjoying a chilled glass of wine at home and relaxing!
