Spectrum Concierge welcomes Kristen Cook as part of the Administrative Concierge team!
We are very proud to announce and welcome Kristen Cook as our newest member of the Administrative Concierge team.
Kristen Cook joins the Spectrum Concierge team from the Naples Grande Beach Resort, where she served as the resort’s Food and Beverage Manager for three years. Cook is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Resort & Hospitality Program, and her management and hospitality skills, combined with her ability to handle multiple projects at once, will serve as a great foundation for her role as an Administrative Concierge. In Cook’s role, she will be directly managing client residences, coordinating arrivals and departures, as well as overseeing and scheduling all projects and work done in the residences.
“Our job is to understand the personal needs of each of our clients’ homes and implement a maintenance plan that keeps their home in pristine condition” said Spectrum Concierge co-owner, Dave Feightner. “Spectrum clients also benefit from its large network of qualified service vendors spanning a variety of trades, as well as the convenience of a single point of contact for all property issues throughout the year.”
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kristen Cook has lived in Estero, FL for over 12 years and considers herself a southwest Florida local. In her spare time, Kristen loves being around her family, especially her six-year-old niece, Addison. Being an animal lover, she also loves taking her sister’s dog Maggie, a Catahoula, on walks. On the weekends, you will most likely find Kristen on one of Naples’ beautiful beaches soaking up the sunshine!
