Dave Feightner serving as Vice President of International Home Watch Alliance

We are very proud to announce the Dave Feightner, Owner and Operator of Spectrum Concierge is currently serving as the Vice President of the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA). In Dave’s role as IHWA Vice-President, the IHWA has an experienced, visionary leader making a tangible contribution to its growth. Dave’s knowledge combined with his 8+ years of experience in owning a successful Home Watch, Estate Management and Concierge service along with a Professional Cleaning Company will greatly benefit the IHWA and homeowners alike. The IHWA works on developing & supporting initiatives to recognize Home Watch with insurance companies and governmental bodies, and striving towards making Home Watch a regulated industry. Additionally, Dave serves in several active roles, including as past Vice President and President of his local BNI chapter, 2021 Leadership Collier graduate and also is a member of the SWFL Blue Zones Engagement Committee

The International Home Watch Alliance™ is a not-for-profit organization leading the way in the fragmented, emerging, profession of Home Watch.  In most places, Home Watch is not regulated, licensed or recognized as a profession or industry. The IHWA is here to change that by growing a member alliance that recognizes the importance of professional standards and raising awareness amongst home watch providers, seasonal homeowners, and other professions and service providers who also serve the individuals who own multiple homes
