Robert Peia was selected for Associate Leadership Collier 2021!
We are very proud to announce that our Marketing Manager, Robert Peia was selected for the Associate Leadership Collier Program. Similar to the Leadership Collier program Dave Feightner is currently participating in, Robert was selected for the Associate Leadership Collier Class of 2021, which teaches emerging leaders and young professionals in Collier County of ages 21-40 about local government, charitable organizations, arts, commerce, law enforcement, tourism and other resources so that graduates can become involved and effective contributors in our community.
Leadership Collier was formed by the Greater Naples Chamber in 1988 to develop a network of informed citizens prepared to assume leadership roles in our community. The Naples Chamber believes knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership. Consequently, the primary objective of Leadership Collier is to educate local business leaders about the societal and economic challenges facing the community today.
We are extremely proud of Robert’s achievement and the knowledge he will be bringing back to the Spectrum Concierge team!
About Associate Leadership Collier Foundation:
Associate Leadership Collier (formally known as Growing Associates in Naples – GAIN) is a program specifically designed for emerging leaders and professionals in Collier County of ages 21-40. Participants will learn about local government, charitable organizations, arts, commerce, law enforcement, tourism, education and other resources so that graduates can become involved and be an effective contributor in the community.
Since 1988, the Leadership Collier program has developed a network of over 2,000 informed citizens, prepared to assume leadership roles in our community. While learning about the societal and economic challenges facing the community today, leaders who go through the program become more engaged, motivated, and capable to make a bigger impact in their community.
In its 30th year, Leadership Collier is an eight-month experience that is transformational for both participants and the organizations they lead. Through hands-on experiences, participants fully explore local government, education, economic development and the arts. You’ll see it all through the eyes of experienced area leaders who deal every day with our community’s biggest challenges. With the benefit of new perspectives and connections, participants are prepared to take their places as effective community leaders.
