Juan Palacio
Field Supervisor
Juan was born in Cuba and at the age of six came to Naples where he has since resided. He attended Florida Southwestern State College and initially pursued a degree in Radiation Technology. Eventually, he decided it wasn’t the path he wanted to continue down and began a career as a handyman and home watch tech for an established property management company. He joined Spectrum Concierge in 2018 where he utilizes his handyman skills and home watch background to help take great care of our client’s properties. Juan has been a vital part of our field team and was recently promoted to Field Supervisor to manage the operations of the Home Service Professionals. When not working, Juan and his wife Chelsea like to take their dogs to the park and try new restaurants, and travel when they can. Juan recently became a father and along with his wife, they welcomed their first daughter, Ivey.

Kristen Preuss
Office Administrator
Kristen was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and just recently moved back to the Naples area. After living in a small mountain town in her home state for the past few months, her husband Lynden accepted a position at a local Brewery and they both jumped at the opportunity to come back to Florida! Kristen has been in customer service and office administration for the majority of her career with roles ranging from running day-to-day operations for a Marketing Company in Montana to running a Brew Pub in Colorado. In her free time she loves to travel with her family, do anything out on the water, hike, check out breweries with Lynden, and play with their dog Henna. She has always loved sports and will take any opportunity to play soccer, basketball and volleyball. Kristen also is an active member of HR Collier and serves on our Social and Community Involvement Committee.

Dave Feightner
Owner & Operator
With a strong business background and extensive experience working with the luxury market, Dave knows what it takes to deliver the highest level of customer service. Raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Dave attended Methodist University in North Carolina where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Professional Golf Management. From there, Dave has served as Golf Professional for a list of elite clubs, including Nantucket Golf Club, the Ocean Reef Club and the Club at Mediterra in Naples, Florida. Dave is an avid sports fan as well, although despite his better judgement, he prefers to root for Boston sports teams. Dave currently serves in several active roles, including Vice President of the International Home Watch Alliance (IHWA), a graduate of the 2021 Leadership Collier class, as well as past President and Vice President of his local BNI chapter. Dave also is a member of the SWFL Blue Zones Engagement Committee and the Leadership Collier Foundation Luncheon Committee.
