Juan Palacio has been Promoted to Field Supervisor!

We are very happy to announce that  Juan Palacio has been promoted to Field Supervisor at Spectrum Concierge. His hard work along with the relationships he has built with our clients, has played a big role in the development and advancement of our company, and Juan truly embodies what is expected of our team members.

Juan has demonstrated an aptitude in his role of taking care of homes, being thorough and attentive in addressing areas of concern, and has proven to have a strong communication skill set.  Juan‘s new position will allow him to move into a leadership role – which includes leading and overseeing the field team comprised of (6) Home Service Professionals, along with mentoring and training new team members to uphold the standards of service for our clients.
