Spectrum Concierge Welcomes Mauricio Schaimann to the Home Service Professional Team!
We are very proud to welcome our newest team member, Mauricio Schaimann to the Home Service Professional team! As a whole, Spectrum Concierge now has 16 full-time team members and a field team of 7 Home Service Professionals! This allows each team to dedicate sufficient time and attention to each and every property we manage, and ultimately provides you with the best service possible! Mauricio will be starting his role as a Junior Home Service Professional, responsible for providing support to our field team with larger tasks, including pressure washing, grill cleaning, and assisting in projects on an as-needed basis. Mauricio takes pride in each and every task, and is a great addition to our team with his diverse skillset, but also his kind personality.
Getting to know Mauricio Schaimann:
Originally from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, Mauricio Schaimann brings a strong work ethic, a passion for quality craftsmanship and diverse skillset to his role as a Junior Home Service Professional. After moving to the United States four years ago, he spent time living and working in South Carolina before recently making Naples, Florida his home.
Mauricio has hands-on experience in cabinet installation and restoration, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Before moving to the U.S., he worked as a drone pilot specializing in agricultural spraying—an experience that reflects his adaptability and technical skill across different fields.
Happily married to his wife, Maria Eugenia, they are raising two wonderful children: Renetta, 13, and Mauricio Jr., 7. Outside of work, Mauricio enjoys fishing, watching soccer, and spending time with his family. He takes great pride in helping homeowners and is excited to grow in his role as a Junior Home Service Professional at Spectrum Concierge.
