Originally from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, Mauricio Schaimann brings a strong work ethic, a passion for quality craftsmanship and diverse skillset to his role as a Junior Home Service Professional. After moving to the United States four years ago, he spent time living and working in South Carolina before recently making Naples, Florida his home.
Mauricio has hands-on experience in cabinet installation and restoration, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Before moving to the U.S., he worked as a drone pilot specializing in agricultural spraying—an experience that reflects his adaptability and technical skill across different fields.
Happily married to his wife, Maria Eugenia, they are raising two wonderful children: Renetta, 13, and Mauricio Jr., 7. Outside of work, Mauricio enjoys fishing, watching soccer, and spending time with his family. He takes great pride in helping homeowners and is excited to grow in his role as a Junior Home Service Professional at Spectrum Concierge.
Jeff DeVries

Jeff DeVries grew up in a small town in western Michigan called Caledonia before making his way to southwest Florida in 2014. Customer service runs deep in Jeff’s roots as he was a third-generation owner of an independent insurance agency, which his father and grandfather opened and operated before passing over the torch. During his time operating DeVries Insurance Agency, Jeff learned about the ins-and-outs of homes while dealing with various insurance claims, and in turn, created lasting relationships with his clients. He also appreciates technology and implementing processes to benefit operations, which stems from his degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State. Jeff also has a background in luxury vehicle sales which has instilled a passion for developing relationships and providing quality customer service. On a personal note, Jeff is a family man of faith, father of 3 (and grandfather of 4) who lives in North Naples with his wife, Nicki who is a personal golf fitness trainer at The Club at Pelican Bay. Jeff loves to read and soak up all the beauty that Florida has to offer.
