Chris Peters
Lead Home Service Professional
Originally from Indiana, Chris Peters has traded the cold weather of the Midwest for the tropical climate of Southwest Florida. Since moving to Naples at the beginning of 2022, Chris has joined the Spectrum Concierge team as a Home Service Professional. His background of being a business owner and managing commercial and residential properties provides a great foundation for working in our industry. For over 30 years, Chris has owned and operated a property management company, in which he not only maintained the properties, but was also responsible for the leasing them, in addition to keeping up with the maintenance and upkeep. In addition to having a keen eye to detail and ensuring each property is presented at its best, he is very handy and intuitive when dealing with issues that may arise at our clients’ homes.
One thing that might surprise you about Chris is that he has been a licensed airplane pilot for over 20 years. Although Chris only flies recreationally, his love for airplanes and flying began with his brother, who worked as a mechanic on aircrafts back in Indiana. In his free time, Chris enjoys fishing and occasionally playing a round of golf. On a Friday night, you’ll most likely find Chris along with his wife Tess, catching a beautiful Naples sunset on the beach with some pizza.
Jeff DeVries
Home Service Professional
Jeff DeVries grew up in a small town in western Michigan called Caledonia before making his way to southwest Florida in 2014. Customer service runs deep in Jeff’s roots as he was a third-generation owner of an independent insurance agency, which his father and grandfather opened and operated before passing over the torch. During his time operating DeVries Insurance Agency, Jeff learned about the ins-and-outs of homes while dealing with various insurance claims, and in turn, created lasting relationships with his clients. He also appreciates technology and implementing processes to benefit operations, which stems from his degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State. Jeff also has a background in luxury vehicle sales which has instilled a passion for developing relationships and providing quality customer service. On a personal note, Jeff is a family man of faith, father of 3 (and grandfather of 4) who lives in North Naples with his wife, Nicki who is a personal golf fitness trainer at The Club at Pelican Bay. Jeff loves to read and soak up all the beauty that Florida has to offer.
