Growth & Development Manager
A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Robert always knew marketing was his passion. His background in direct marketing along with his creative vision and graphic design abilities allow him to understand the dynamic needs of a business, while his no-limits mindset fuels his initiative and work ethic. Robert’s role as Growth & Development Manager at Spectrum Concierge will focus on creating and implementing marketing and social media strategies, while serving a pivotal role in the growth of our company and further developing the business.
When not in the office, Robert enjoys keeping up with his new home (which he recently designed and built) and doing various improvement projects. Robert also enjoys spending time with his wife, Bryana, and they love to travel every chance they get! A few of his favorite activities are playing golf, boating, soccer, and cooking. Robert is a strong believer in the power of customer relationships and is always dedicated to finding new ways to exceed client’s expectations since joining Spectrum Concierge in 2020! Robert is also a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier ’21, and served as President of his BNI Chapter.

Trey Turner
Administrative Concierge
Originally from Michigan, Trey has proudly called Southwest Florida home for nearly five years. With a strong background in sales and customer service, he brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven mindset to every client interaction and project he supports. Detail-oriented and highly responsive, Trey values clear communication and dependable follow-through, and he is committed to creating positive experiences for clients, vendors, and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Trey channels his creativity through music—writing songs and playing both bass and guitar—and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially near the water. His blend of professionalism, creativity, and approachability helps him connect easily with those he works with and support projects from start to finish.
Terri Alzado
Senior Administrative Concierge
Originally from Long Beach, Terri is a New Yorker at heart. Having grown up in a beach community, it was easy to make Naples her home 22 years ago. Terri is very close with her two adult children – Brandon (27) and Sofia (24) and her elderly Dad alike. Her oldest, Brandon is currently working in the hospitality industry at La Playa Beach Club here in Naples. Her youngest, Sofia is employed by Advent Health as a research analyst. Terri discovered a love for the hospitality industry in her earliest employment at local restaurants and kitchens but took a different path after receiving her B.A. at the State University of New York – Albany, where she became a woman’s clothing buyer in the retail industry. When her kids got older, Terri combined her love for cooking, people, and service when she became part-owner of a small catering business here in Naples. Always motivated to do more, Terri worked part-time for four years as a Home-care companion, fortunate enough to serve the elderly. Terri has been with Spectrum Concierge since 2016 and utilizes her experience to lead the Administrative Concierge team. She focuses on providing clients with timely and informative communications regarding their home while also helping to keep our staff and schedules in order.
In her free time, Terri enjoys cooking, gardening, home projects, training with her rescue Leo and golf cart rides with her significant other, John.
