During the stressful time of Irma they contacted us and said they would notify us as soon as they could get into our community and that they did…. when we got that email there was total relief. Spectrum Concierge and Accent Cleaners in Naples, FL is by far the best property managers and cleaners I have ever done business with! They keep my home beautiful and clean when we’re in town and totally secure when we’re not. FIVE STARS PLUS!!! We bought a new home in early 2016 so this is the 4th season we have used Spectrum Concierge as our home management company. This has been the best experience possible. Great team and highly skilled and articulate owners who never cease to amaze us with their level of professional service and responsiveness. We have used most of their service offerings and have not been disappointed in any way. Irma caused some damage to our property and not residing there during the summer was of some concern to us. Dave, the co-owner, was nothing short of spectacular in the way he managed and handled our repair issues. We will always be glad that we chose Spectrum to take care of our home. Don’t bother calling anyone else if you demand the best. Spectrum is the best. I remain a Raving Fan!

I highly recommend Spectrum Concierge. They have done home watching for us, taken care of our vehicles, provided us with transportation to and from the airport, organized special events for my husband’s clients. When this past summer our tenant moved out unexpectedly, we decided to put the condo for sale. We were out of town, so Spectrum took charge of everything: from checking tenant out to contacting the association for repairs, requesting quotes from local professionals for renovations. What a great company!! Very responsive and takes the time to make sure that each and every thing throughout the home is taken care of from top to bottom.
