Spectrum Concierge was founded in 2013 by Dave and Steph Feightner and provides a variety of home management and concierge services aimed at delivering it’s clients with an exceptional homeownership experience in Southwest Florida. We bridge the gap between a home watch service and estate managers, and personalize our services to fit our clients’ exact needs. We act as a valuable resource to our homeowners, who come to us for anything regarding their home, as they know we keep their best interest in mind.

Initial Consultation

Dave Feightner – the owner, will set up a time to better understand your needs, your schedule, discuss pricing, as well as answer any questions you may have. This can be done via a phone call or a meeting at your home.

Review Your Custom Home Service Program

Once we better understand your needs, we will tailor an annual home service program for your home. Once signed, we will set up a meeting to introduce your dedicated team who will be serving you and your home and gather some information about the property and your preferences.
